Enjoying this new project The Embers of Tara. Real minimal hazy stuff, dilapidated synth sound, pretty enjoyable despite its brevity. Hope to hear more. Very nice! I hear that's a Shelter ov shadows side project of sorts Is it? I saw him post it on FB, but he's also on the 'supporting artists' of it on the BC. Would be weird if he bought his own EP.

Very nice! I hear that's a Shelter ov shadows side project of sorts Is it? I saw him post it on FB, but he's also on the 'supporting artists' of it on the BC. Would be weird if he bought his own EP. I thought the exact same thing, but Jason said: "For my Shelter Ov Shadows recordings I now use an IRig Keys Pro connected to my iPhone. I use mostly the Sample Tank and Alchemy apps for my keyboard sounds. I also use my iPad and an assortment of apps for some of my other sounds. I actually really like playing my string parts with Garage Band. The interface is just really comfortable for me. For my latest project The Embers Of Tara I use a super cheap, piece of shit thrift store keyboard with only 12 sounds. It really sucks, you can't really play more than one key at a time or it gets all glitchy or just gives you some random note instead of what you played, but I can't seem to get enough of it lately." This seems to imply that he does both but I was totally tempted to ask like "wait, so you bought your own album?" Which I decided not to do since that seems a bit rude. One can buy whatever they choose!

Tyrannus, maybe it was purchased to get an icon under the art to perhaps encourage more to buy it as well, needed an initial purchase to spark more.

Sounds like worms eating through a coffin. The fluctuating pitch is hypnotic. A complete album would show the real potential of such obscure sound.

Really enjoyed this demo as well. The alternating pitch is somewhat reminsicent of the synth tones in Roman Master, and the kind of tape decay like sounds happening here are also a bit reminiscent of that debut demo from DeathAdder

Wow, this is excellent. I love the synth tones they're using. Very magical sounding.
