Feels so quite in here lately feel's like everyone's deep into his dungeon away from the plague... Jokes aside, the situation seems very serious globally so best of luck for all... Thing is, we have (all) to go through it, so except people working in critical jobs, everyone else is getting locked up .. (I think in ITaly, where are you at Stormcrow ? Hows things there? ) So, what did you stock up in your dungeon/castle/cave/cellar for the upcoming fallout scenes ? Beers n stuff ? Books ? Music? Food? Personally we got a forced break of one week from job due to precautions here for general public, so I gonna listen to lots of music backlog.. How things over at your parts of the world ? Feel free to discuss the current epidemic ... Somehow damnit I always get reminded of the Hvis Lysset Tar Oss cover art (by a famous painter) .. Feels like kinda science fiction really ... Or a black humor comedy for now.. Dunno.. Let us hear your tales..

It hasn't really hit where I'm at yet, but people are still a bit panicky anyways. I did buy an extra case of beer on my last grocery run, about the extent of my preparation haha.

I usually stay stocked for 1-2 weeks ahead of time anyway so I didn't feel the need to do any serious prepping, beyond just normal groceries. I did buy a 20 pound bag of rice just in case. I live in an agricultural rural area so I'm not too concerned about running out of food, my girlfriend also works at a farm where they have massive stockpiles of everything. I was going to run out today and get gas, ammo and a few bottles of liquor just in case. But I doubt this pandemic will cause a complete collapse of society - it just isn't dangerous enough. I do think in the future, it's quite possible we'll see more dangerous pandemics, or multiple pandemics emerging at the same time, coupled with other natural disasters like wildfires and hurricanes, which could lead to a more complete breakdown.

Locked at home 24/7 here, except for going to work. All seems so unreal. I'm lucky enough to have -at least- the recording studio here at home!

Here in Bulgaria, working from home til the end of the month at least. The place seems to be grinding to a halt apart from essentials such as food shops. Lot's of people staying home, although a curfew is not enforced here yet.
Strange times we live in right now, not really sure what the world is going to be like in 6 months time. Still, an ideal opportunity to work on music, and I love the hermit lifestyle anyway. Doing a weekly food shopping run tomorrow, hopefully the shop won't be completely empty!

My state is at like 34 confirmed cases, if I'm up to date. Went to the store yesterday for some normal things, nothing prep-wise, and I ended up standing in line for half an hour. All the toilet paper was gone, most of the canned section was cleared, like all the potatoes were gone (thought that was funny), and people were hitting the bulk section pretty hard. I'm not worried about it health-wise, but it's already taking a hit on the economy. A friend of mine who owns a clothing store had to sell a bunch of old stuff on instagram because it's been pretty dead this week. I'm a substitute teacher and schools in the state are closed for like a month right now, and the CDC is saying it should be 8 weeks, which will probably happen here. The first person to contract it here was actually a teacher at a school just across district border. It's going to be bad news for schools for a while. Traffic is way down recently, far less people outside. Farmer's market was like 80% less busy today. I'm expecting things to get worse, but so far it's worked out to be a vacation for me (not to make light of things). Wife is probably going to start working from home soon. Just hanging out with the baby most of the day.
I've heard some people are receiving tape packages late from the post office, so I guess it's hitting the dungeons now, too!

My workplace is giving everyone the option to work from home for the next two weeks. I'm still trying to figure out whether or not I want to take them up on that or not. I have a couple of days coming up that take place in the field rather than in the office and I still have to sort out what the deal is gonna be with those days.

It's not big where I live yet but we do have some infections already. I'm pretty much staying home and also got permission to work 100% from home so I guess it's whatever. Recording synths and learning my gear on lunch break, staying home and doing my things. It's not much different, really. At least not yet.

I would not relly call it "Locked up" but in Austria you are only allowed to go outside to do necessary shopping, go to work or if you want to take a walk (but only alone, or with people you live with). It seems to be especially tough in Vienna, where the police are patrolling.

Locking measures could become more restrictive in the next hours, anyway. I hope it won't happen...

I don't know the situation in Italy exactly, but to be honest, I fear it will get even more restrictive in Austria soon.

I did buy an extra case of beer on my last grocery run, about the extent of my preparation haha. That's my dude I'd rather 420 but still same scenario But I doubt this pandemic will cause a complete collapse of society - it just isn't dangerous enough. I do think in the future, it's quite possible we'll see more dangerous pandemics, or multiple pandemics emerging at the same time, coupled with other natural disasters like wildfires and hurricanes, which could lead to a more complete breakdown. Totally agreed.. And compared to the other possible scenarios of world collapse (comet/asteroid strike etc.) this feels kinda more like an excercise/social experiment for harder times.. I'm lucky enough to have -at least- the recording studio here at home! Already looking forward to your new album , seems like a good time to seize the chance and be creative!! M All the toilet paper was gone, most of the canned section was cleared, like all the potatoes were gone (thought that was funny), and people were hitting the bulk section pretty hard. Hehe toilet paper The item of the days, the meme, probably of the year lol .. Got to love all the Scarface memes with toilet paper in front of him I'm still trying to figure out whether or not I want to take them up on that or not. I have a couple of days coming up that take place in the field rather than in the office I'd stay home, better safe than sorry, but too much of indoors in this time becomes enough is enough indeed.. Either way probably most sooner or later force work from home for the time being.. Regards everyone , since you can not avoid it, enjoy it, let's just hope the quarantines work against the virus and all be safe..

Canada's prime minister is live right now, announcing the closure of Canadian borders. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oUbUru-krEMy girlfriend lives in Seattle, which is basically the red zone of the USA right now. She's OK but I probably won't be able to see her for a while.

My sister's BF lives in a little town near to Florence but now crossing the border of Florence city area is not allowed. Drastic measures but needed, by now.

Britain seems to be shutting down properly now, though still a lot of people out and about.
Our office have all gone to work from home, and all the cinemas/restaurants/pubs are in the process of closing - or in the case of restaurants switching to offer delivery.
I just intend to keep at home as much as possible so as not to spread anything around. We already had a mountain of pasta and rice in the cupboards, so I got a few tins and sauces - so didn't have to stock up very crazily, reckon I've got a few weeks worth of food.
Going to try and get some work on my various projects done - I'm most worried about the independent venues, we've got some great ones in Bristol, but I fear they are all hopelessly fucked, all the gigs are getting cancelled and no one is going out...
