Any thoughts on where I can get some good art for my work? I don't have the tools to do it myself and I don't really like using stock images, it looks kinda crappy. But I'm struggling to find stuff I can use. I can't really afford pro artists (I wish!)
Thanks

www.moma.co.uk/public-domain-images/This is an index of massive public domain galleries. A lot of them are historic art galleries like the Smithsonian, etc. It's a bit of a step up from stock images, but still free.

I have a few works of my own that are in the public domain, but they're all psychedelic and bright colored fantasy, and not dark and gloomy fantasy, so they might not be for you.

Artvee.com is a great place to download super high-resolution images of Public Domain classical art. They even have a whole section for Book Illustrations where you can find mythical and fantasy themed works. artvee.com

Thanks!
