Great stuff, thanks! Picked this up the other day, I'll post some of the best tracks here soon. EDIT: Had to delete it from Youtube because of copyright. The CD version can probably be found online though if you want to hear it.

Very nice stuff! Wish more people were into pre-Baroque music. I highly, highly recommend the Crumhorn Consort YouTube channel:
I wish this guy would release an album. That would be awesome.
For something a little earlier, try Blondel de Nesle:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rxV6rhwLAMthis is one of the songs that had a greatest influence on me. It was the opening and closing jingle of a TV-show about folk and popular culture.....so sad it was ended in 1992

That's not exactly medieval or renaissance music, but that's totally traditionnal : the ยซ รฉpinette des Vosges ยป which is a French ancient instrument from eastern France. Where I live. I heard it was pretty similar to the norwegian ยซ Langeleik ยป

Sorry to double-post but I really can't overemphasise how good 'Hildegard' is. If you listen to one thing on this list let it be that one.
