As it seems that quite some Bal Sagoth fans are to be found here, I just thought to share with you the band KULL. Basically they are all BS members minus Byron. While demo songs of them are around for a few years only now it seems that there will be an actual album rel. probably this april. Of course they son't reach BS level without Byron's input but nevertheless I am quite happily awaiting this. After all Bal Sagoth have a rather unique sound (with Runeshard and some albums of Dagorlad) and it is always great to get more of this kind... From what I heard so far this could be esp. interesting for those more into their early "A black moon..." sound. kullmetal.bandcamp.com

First time listening to Goatmoon, and i fell in love! I'm also quite the picky-fussy when it comes to black metal vocals, but that's pretty awsome.

I'm quite new to Goatmoon, only heard his split with Azazel & Stella Polaris, would this be a good album to check out next?

Anyone into Yellow Eyes? Probably my favourite contemporary BM act. Their sound is unmistakably unique and the way they produce and release their music is remarkable imo. Absolutely. They have a new record coming out called Rare Field Ceiling. I saw their show in London last yearโฆvery good.
