I was wondering if something like this exists already. The closest I can think of is the YouTube channel but what do people think about taking it one step further and emulating the encyclopaedia metallum?

As far as I know most of the conversation's still relevant; you still can't edit a mistake in case you make one (gimmie a break on Old Tower's Tales of a Mad "Mood", I know it's actually Moon, ok? Just need to e-mail the people there to fix several things).
Let us know if you decide to sign up, as those of us with experience can help because it can be confusing at first (again, mistakes on my part but maybe they're still open to suggestions).

Coool this is exactly what I was looking for. Looks like it has a lot of potential. Signed up but I doubt I can contribute a whole load other than a handful of artists.

I haven't been active in the DS scene for a year or so but I am one of two people who check that email address. Long story short, there's only a handful of us working on the site and checking submissions and it's kind of adrift in the sea at the moment. Hopefully we can implement updates at some point soon.
Daytol, that has been fixed to "Moon". Thanks for pointing that out.

At least submissions aren't "adrift", as mine get updated every few days  So at least that's been continuing steadily. (And there's a hint for saltysalmon as to how things go, as stuff doesn't go up in a few hours/daily but it's still steady.) Daytol, that has been fixed to "Moon". Thanks for pointing that out. Oh good! Plenty more where that came from (apologies in advance for my mistakes, but they should be down to zero now!), I'm just working on adding new stuff at the moment. |
