Hey guys, going to create a thread here to post when there are new releases on Engraven. I am launching the label with a reissue of my now-3-year-old Apoxupon album How the Garden Grows on digital, tape, CD, and Special Editions -- similar reissues of Alloch Nathir - The Emerald Grotto; Amn - Lands of Intrigue; and Lost Tales - An Old Wizard's Secrets are forthcoming very soon. I am dubbing all tapes in-house on brand new studio quality Type II high bias Cobalt tapes and duplicating all discs on Verbatim printed discs. Special Editions are limited to 100 each on tape and CD and come with a bunch of goodies, art prints, and sampler CDs/tapes + catalogs with upcoming/newly released Engraven music (this first one has a new, unreleased Apoxupon track). All printing and assembling etc done diy & handmade. It has been over 2 years since I've released a new Apoxupon full-length, so it is with great excitement that I unveil Mana to the world! engraven.bandcamp.com/album/mana Releasing through Engraven digital-e and on CD. Printed disc housed in DVD case. Contains 8-page booklet and download card. Duplicated, printed, and assembled by hand in the dungeons of Austin, TX. Limited to 33 copies (27 left as of this writing) There will not be a tape release for Mana -- CD only. I have been having frequent issues with my tape deck and frankly don't have the time or money for a permanent solution, so it is all aboard the CD train for now. I have put a great deal of effort into making up for the format restriction with a solid packaging and presentation. I hope you will find them to be unique additions to your music library! This also means I will have to stop taking orders for tapes of the 4 reissues from last year soon. I have some copies on hand to fulfill a few more, but after that they will be halted until I can reliably dub them en masse again. CD orders will continue. Voices of the Ainur will have what remains of their stock of Apoxupon - How the Garden Grows and Alloch Nathir - The Emerald Grotto tapes available but I will likely not be able to supply them with any of our subsequent releases for distro due to the aforementioned production switch. BUT, I have good news on the Canada/International front: I can now offer shipping 50-66% cheaper than before! The bad news is that rates increased for domestic shipping this year and it will be a bit more expensive for US supporters now. New rates as follows: US: $5 Canada: $10 Rest of the World: $12 I'll have news on our next release from my esteemed TX comrade Mortwight very soon -- and you can catch us playing in Austin @ Dadalab on the 20th and Denton @ Rubber Gloves on 3/17 if you're a fella Texan too. Engraven has teamed up with Assorted Potions for a run of 50 tapes of their whimsical DS/comfy synth journey, Assorted Potions II! Dubbed, printed, and assembled by hand here in the dungeon I've got 25 copies for sale through the Engraven bandcamp and the other 25 will be available to purchase from myself or The Threadmage himself at upcoming shows and in-person events.  |

Until then ... New merch items in stock! First up is the limited pressing of Elyvilon's highly acclaimed dark folkloric masterpiece, Drums in the Deepwood, on VINYL. It was an honor to team up with Tristan and Barrow Hoard to coordinate this release. Being able to have a role in bringing some of my favorite music to life has always been among the most fulfilling parts of running a label for me, especially in this DS scene, and it was no different with this album, of which I have been a passionate fanboy since I first heard it. This is Engraven's first foray into the world of vinyl records, but will surely not be the last. I hope to have such announcements for some original Engraven releases later this year.  Next up, having to move on from my once-trusty ol' Nakamichi that started having recording issues earlier this year, I managed to whip up a small run of 30 tapes for Mortwight's Stygian Facades (alongside previously released Assorted Potions tapes). They were all dubbed on a cheap, MODERN Sony tape/cd combo player that I got on Amazon, but they ended up coming out really well. The redesigned jcards and labels were printed and everything assembled by hand right here in the dungeon. I've only got 8 of those tapes remaining, but there is also a small stash that will be in Mortwight's possession soon. Stygian Facades
 A handful of Apoxupon - Mana CDs and Assorted Potions II tapes remain in stock as well. I've been holding on to what will be Engraven's biggest announcements yet for a few months, just waiting until I can give hard, specific dates for everything, but for the time being let me just say that YUGE things are brewing in our partnership with the Tiny Minotaur, and DS & Fantasy fans will have a new home/hub here in Austin, TX very soon.
