Can someone explain this subgenre?

I saw this tagged on bandcamp on various releases, but didn't understand what the essence of it is.

Ok, i listened to a lot more and it's obvious that it's a mixture of Black Metal with Dungeon Synth.

But then idk what the difference between Dungeon Black and Keller Synth is.

Maybe Dungeon Black more often comes with lyrics and Keller Synth is more experimental?

Just a few thoughts, never mind lol
