I found these online: first is this Moog bass synthesiser which is apparently subtractive This is apparently its name: Moog Sub Phatty Subtractive Analog Bass Synthesizer No idea if its any good There;s also this moog semi-modular synthesiser which has subtractie synthesis Subtractive hardware synths shouldnt be that hard to find though, seeing as subtractive synthesis is one of the more common form of synthesiser. There's lots of subtractive softsynths too.

if you want a cheap one that gets the job done id say the Korg Volca Keys. I dont have the keys, but i do have the Volca FM and i can say the Volcas work really well but the knobs and stuff are kind of cheap (which leads to a cheap price tag) I don't use subtractive synths when i make dungeon synth, but i love my Behringer Crave, which is semimodular so you can do cool things with the patchbay at the top. It is monophonic though so you cant really do pads without multitracking. that is a unique workflow though
