Greetings Dungeoneers, I started creating my first dungeon synth project and it ended up being a full album! Give it a listen if you fancy. It's on YouTube, Bandcamp and Spotify. It has a witchy theme. Would love to know what you all think of it. Godspeed.

Just listening to it during work and I am really enjoying it. It has some spooky and some medieval vibes, which catch the witch-topic quite good. Great job, thanks for sharing!

I listened to Heksejæger today, and it actually had a strong synchronistic timing for me. Sorry if this is too personal, but someone in my family was having a pretty serious surgery and I was worrying a lot. The surgery went well and they are ok, but I listened to this album before I knew the outcome, and the effect of your music I felt was warm and comforting, but still taking into account the fear and struggle of our experience in this world and not turning away from those harsh realities. Maybe I'm reading more into it than what's there because of what was happening, but I feel like I have to share because I found your album to be very reassuring to me in that difficult moment. Thank you.

Thank you. Hi Andrew, Wow, I'm blown away by your comment. I'm glad it helped you get through this difficult time and, most importantly, that the surgery went well! I don't think you're reading too much into it. I have was going through some difficult changes recently when I recorded the album and it reflects fear but also hope (in places, as it is generally quite bleak!). I think music is magic in that way that it can't be removed from where we are at when we are listening to it. Many thanks for your comment. It means a lot. Any recommendations from your music or other artists you're into right now?

Any recommendations from your music or other artists you're into right now? I'm glad I was not too far off-base with the moods and emotions I got from your album. Also I agree that music has a strange subtle power of being fundamentally connected to the world, even when it strives for escapism. For making music oneself it can be like a time capsule, which is one the main reasons I do it. I wouldn't necessarily recommend any of my music because it is weird, but since you asked, Illusionment is my current project.
