The first Erszébet is one of the few modern dungeon synth albums I consistently revisit, it has like this pure concentration-without-effort capturing of the elusive spirit in its fullness. Solar Contempt (Rehearsal) somehow managed to do it again. It is like performing a ceremonial evocation ritual and actually seeing the entity manifest in the circle, fully visible and opaque, and being unafraid. The real deal.
