I think my favorite subgenre of dungeon synth is whatever this stuff is -- basically really sparse, ambient, nature-y stuff that has an ancient, mystical feeling to it, while still retaining characteristics that separate it from generic ambient. Ildjarn's Landscapes is sort of related to what I'm talking about as well. What to your ears sounds similar?

Try Acheulean Forests. You may also find something you like in a Winter Synth artist.
The Varkana album r"Rite" is close to this for me. A bit of a folk element but very minimal and very nature oriented.
