Yesterday I released Dumathoin's debut work in bandcamp. Dumathoin is a Finnish dungeon synth-project and I am still venturing into the realm of DS. I like it too! I don't know why, but I find out something in common with my first EP.... probably the obsessive repetitive structures, or maybe the subtle TR808 like drums....see songs like The Pyre of Witches or Among The Ruins....

Tracks 3 & 4 have a hypnotic atmosphere and air of mystery. Nice work!

I like it too! I don't know why, but I find out something in common with my first EP.... probably the obsessive repetitive structures, or maybe the subtle TR808 like drums....see songs like The Pyre of Witches or Among The Ruins.... Could be, atmosphere-wise there might also be some similarities along with the repetitive structures. Ruins is a good album! Haven't really listened to it with thought before, but did so after your comments and I like it very much. Thank you everyone for your comments and listening! Makes me want to create more and develop my understanding further in both songwriting and sound-wise. |
