Yeah I have done JCard designs as well. it is pretty simple one you get a template. I love making tape designs even when it is just in the aesthetic and not function.

Man, this turned out really well! The order of the tracks definitely flows throughout the album, and everyone's tracks in general are great. Fantastic job all around!

Going to listen tonight. Really looking forward to the listen!
As for file size, I'm guessing it would be around 900 megs at 24 bit - my Faces of Winter seamless mix was about 612 and that was a 39 minute album. But I think just offering CD quality (16-bit) would be fine.
I would be fine with turning on the "pay if you want" option as I suspect some will want to have this in their collections. If this would help to build the strength of the account for future projects (i.e. unlocking features on BC, then I'd be fine with you and FB admins collecting some money for the work, even if it just gets used to fund artwork in the future.

I agree with the pay what you want option.
Might help with a cassette or CD release as well as artwork for future compilations?

Initially we were hesitant about adding in money and then trying to split up costs between all of the artists but it is interesting that any money could go to future distribution and or paying for some of that artwork we were talking about. It would also eliminate the scarcity of "free" tracks and still allow people to download it for free. I will talk to the other admin about it and then leave it open to any participant who has any concerns about the Pay What You Want feature.

Also for anyone who usesPaypal...which seems like most of you. Does anyone use a business profile. I switched over so people wouldn't see my real wizard name anymore if I sent and received money.

I think accepting money for use on future compilations sounds great! I am not worried about seeing any of the money from this. I say just accept money and then you can use that money to like buy bandcamp credits and stuff like that.

I've got two suggestions: I think the first song is quite loud in comparison to others, I'm not sure if that's on my end or if it's intended, I'm just saying. And, I would say that the Einhorn song might not have the best position, considering it's between Erang's piano ballad and my song, which has a slow quiet intro. Unless, that's the intended effect, to provide an abrasive contrast, then it's an excellent placement, but also consider that Dungeon Noise is not nearly as known as Dungeon Synth, and to many people, Einhorn's caustic concoction might prove too difficult to swallow. That's just my 2 cents obviously, I only wish for a most successful start for everyone.
About the money, you should accept it and use it as you see fit on future collaborations and compilations. Like Tyrannus, I too am not in this for the money, only for the joy of making and sharing music.
As for favorite track, I particularly liked the ultrabishop tune, feels quite video gamey too, but I love it! But the best part, is how each song has its own little style and it all sounds so different. Love the artwork too, great work!

You know I was actually a bit uncertain about the position of my track also. I think maybe if our tracks were switched it would flow better? What do other folks think?

Lusitano, I'm really glad you liked my track. Regarding to the track order, your words made me come back for a one more listening. Under my point of view, all I can say is that I enjoyed the contrast Erang-Einhorn-Lusitano. Perhaps it's not a coincidence that these three contrasting tracks are in the middle of the list. Anyway, it's amazing to have such a variety of compositions inside one compilation devoted to an only genre: dungeon synth.

Well I'm ultimately happy with the order!

So i experimented with the order and Einhorn's track is going to be stark regardless of where it is. I really like Lusitano right afterwords as a nice counterpoint as well as Erang before hand. While Erang and Lusitano are not the exact same, it has the same dreamy tone which may run into each other back to back. Plus you have the Osso Coronata is sort of jangly which works right after. Also when I mix this into a long hour long track I wanted to fade in and out of the Einhorm track to make it smoother but even that abrupt start and stop I love because of the personality.
The fortress of Ice track and be brought down if it is really bothersome. I would just have to pull it into Audacity. I was worried that more tracks would be really uneven but things worked out fine. Is Fortress of Ice on this forum? I havent seen him around.

I also made the album private since I didn't realize it would be available to people browsing bandcamp. There is certainly excitement already for it.

Yeah it's a shame - I think you have to have Bandcamp Pro in order to get a feature like YouTube's Unlisted feature or Soundcloud's Secret Links, where it is not searchable or browse-accessible, but only available to people with the direct link.
