In the room with the broken table the goblins search around at the busted doors and dead kobolds. The are preoccupied with themselves and their duties when they hear a loud clang ring out and an arrow fall from the wall. They all peer into the inky blackness of the northern room seeing a glimmer of light with hushed tones and something about Jurlis getting flogged when they get back to town. The goblins start to approach the northern door when another clank and another clank against the wall startles them as they see these intruders are terrible at shooting arrows. Following the impotent missiles, an gleaming arrow breaches the darkness piecing the leading goblin between the eyes. The goblin falls dead causing fury of shrieks and yells. The living goblins pull the dead comrade out of the way and slam the northern door shut. With a loud thud and a turning of a two locks you can now hear things being stacked up against the door while the alarming scream of a goblin can be heard trailing in the distance.

Nadre glares at Jurlis, his bow drawn but not able to get an arrow off in time.
"I may have been a guard my whole life but I do not intend to die for a fool. We have survived for now but the shrieks of those goblins and the fact they know about us are likely to give away our presence to other nasty things.
Going west is still our safest option unfortunately but who knows what we will find. It will certainly be harder to go forward stealthily."

Jurlis stares sheepishly at his feet. "I will fight at the front of the line from this point forward," Jurlis says, putting away his crossbow an equipping his ornate sword. "If any of us should die tonight, it should be me."

The group all gathers around the treasure chest pilfering through its contents. Jurlis takes the tarnished and ornate sword which feels good in his hands giving him a +1 on attack and damage. The group quickly moves to the western door and opens it without any incident. The group stars at a short hallways with T intersection with a door to the south and a passageway leading to the north. The door to the south is filled with bustling and the crude conversations of something monstrous. The light on Lamprays torch begins to fade as he rubs his amulet absently while whimpering.

((Kaptain, what game is that from? It's driving me absolutely insane.))
"I don't think we want to make ourselves known to whatever foul congregation is taking place to the south. I'll watch the door and take up the rearward, the rest of you should begin heading north."
He hands Jurlis his 10 foot pole.
"Be careful, Jurlis. Don't fall for any traps."

Ypres Zo sees Calahas and is inspired to copy him. He hands his 10 ft pole to Lampray magnaminously, trying to look as slick as the wry thief but tripping comically over his boot straps in the process.

Jurlis nods determinedly, and begins marching north at the front of the line.

Calahas presses his back against the wall and guard the door. He can hear gruff talking from things that sound like goblins. He throws his telescopic 10 foot pole to Jurlis who catches it as it extends in his hand. Jurlis ever so quietly scraps and taps the floor in front of him to trigger anything. x3lB0O|m1-6 Jurlis finds no traps and comes to the end of the north hallway and peers down with what little light he has. The corridor stretches to the east as he spies two doors to the south and a gleaming bronze door at the end of the hall. The group is just about to round the corner when they hear the talking from behind the door get louder as if someone or something was coming to open it!

Nadre stands silently to the side of the door hefting his long sword ready to swing at any enemies that may come through.
He will only attack if they pose a threat.

Calahas immediately throws his hood completely over his head and presses himself against the wall, attempting to blend into the shadows as thieves are known to do. He motions to those further down the hall to round the corner so that they are not seen.

A loud clank can be heard from the door as a smelly goblin swings the creaky door to the outside. The wooden door comes inches from Calahas' face providing a hiding spot between the door and the stone wall. Calahas can see the goblin through the cracks in the wooden door as he peers to the north at the glimmer of light glowing around the corner from the hiding party.
"duun huun daagaan?!?" It mutters and waits for a reply and keeps its face turned to the north. Calahas can hear another voice call out from the noisy ruckus inside. "duun an ar?"
The rest of the party presses themselves up against the wall tucked away from sight but with their torch still shining.

Nadre speaks goblin. What did they say? If there is an opportunity to say respond in goblin he will but only if he can say something without revealing himself or the party.
His potential response depends on if he understood what they said to each other.
