I'm starting this thread to talk about my project Ranseur, which I started in 2013 to try to work out a way to blend noise elements into dungeon synth. I've done five albums so far, all fairly short in running time, and a split with Sleeping Corpse. check out the bandcamp here: bandcamp

My last album Obsidian Throne was just released on tape by Path of Silence, you can get it from their site plus there are a few copies at lighten up sounds. thekeeper really went above and beyond with the packaging and actually hand painted each goblin figure to give it the classic gnome look.

I am a fan of the artwork on your tapes. The combination of noise and dungeonsynth sounds good too, it fits pretty well.

Man, I'm psyched to hear that! You and Tyrannus were huge influences on my upcoming album, which actually contains a few Dungeon Noise tracks! I'm so excited to hear your new stuff!

Man, I'm psyched to hear that! You and Tyrannus were huge influences on my upcoming album, which actually contains a few Dungeon Noise tracks! I'm so excited to hear your new stuff! 

Can't wait to hear that, really digging your second album too. Still some stuff up in the air with my new one but I think it'll be one of my best. Probably a little noisier than the last one because I wanted a softer feel for that.

Agreed!  No one has a style like this so it's very easy to tell apart, in a good way!

Definitely curious what you'll say about the rhythms and the weird structures.
